Hey craigslist, Matthew here. I started my own business almost a year ago and am looking to hire someone to help me out. This is not a short term hire. Please be looking for something long term. The position will cover a broad range of skills in the beginning as I understand your skill level in various disciplines. I am anticipating a 1-2 week training (paid) and then ideally want to set you up in your own truck and be your own boss so to speak. For the right person this will be a great opportunity to get in first and hopefully stay and help build something from the ground up. This position will ideally transition to a manger role in another year and be responsible for managing aspects of the business you are currently being trained for by me now.
