*All new hire employees that stay for a minimum of 90 days will receive a $500 sign on bonus!* We are one of the largest water treatment companies in Central Florida and are looking for a positive, full time employee to add to our team. Your main responsibility to start the day will be to help set appointments for our sales team. We mail prospects a free water test card, and they mail it back with a phone number to call if they are interested. Our hope is this contact will result in a purchase from our sales team. You only set the appointment, they close the deal. During the call, your responsibility is to make sure all decision makers are home for the rep to meet with. Each call typically takes 1-3 minutes to make. In addition to appointment setting, these are some of the other responsibilities you would have: -Data Entry (must be extremely accurate) -Customer Service - (phone only) -General Office/Computer duties (we use excel, word, and a few other programs) -Jump in any open seat if someone isn't here for any reason You must have a clear phone voice and excellent listening skills. Outgoing Phone call experience will be very helpful. Your hours will be based on what you can help us with. The more skills you have, the more tasks we can put you on during the day. Our normal business hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.
