Day Porting Part Time or Full Time (Boulder/Boulder County) The day porter is the eyes and ears of our property management division here at Dean Callan. Your job is to visit a set number of properties per week. You will go onsite, walk the property, document conditions, and police around the area. These tasks ensure our properties stand apart from all others. We need people with an eye for detail, who can work independent, and who don’t mind a little physical activity as part of the daily job requirements. Past employs have been stay at home parents, college students and retiaries. Job Responsibilities Include: • Maintain proper maintenance and work order notes • Inspect grounds, buildings, and other property features to minimize liability concerns • Keep properties clean by pick up litter, leaves, items out of place etc. • Beat back the weeds thought the use of organic spot application in the spring and summer • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance work – (based on experience) Skills Needed: • Strong communication skills • Self-Motivated - you will be working independently and from time to time as a team. • Pride in your work • Basic online skills for entering pictures and notes Required: • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Smart Phone with data plan for communication Pay based upon experience, but we pay well!
