Hi. I am looking for a SKILLED painter to paint one basement family room and 2 kitchen cabinets Paint clear sealer on one basement room Paint one room cement floor and expoxy clear coat after paint. Also need a SKILLED person who can install carpet and laminate flooring in kitchen(laminate) Livingroom,hallway, 3 bedrooms, family room (carpet) Also a SKILLED person to refinish walls in very small bathroom Refinish 1/2 walls in one basement family room Also need someone to tear down shelf section and replace with new wood shelving in family room Skilled person to replace and install 2 basement windows And someone who can put together and set up a premade pet house..wood and wire..and put together and hang a wooden porch swing Also need a SKILLED electrical person who can repair or replace 4 receptacles that don't work And someone who can neatly and professionally hang Christmas lights in house, roof, and chimney. Will also have other small jobs available if interested. Please do not respond if you are not experienced and don't take pride in your work. Must have your own vehicle, all needed tools, gas to get to the job and the ability to complete what you start in a timely manner. Looking for someone to start immediately.
