Job Requirements & Duties: Maintains repair truck inventory Assists with lifting (up to 150 pounds with assistance), moving, disassembling and reassembling furniture Assists team leaders with duties such as cleaning furniture, pulling tacks, and restocking bottles of dye, cleaning supplies, and various truck items daily. Will be learning furniture repair & upholstery techniques. Other duties include organizing and keeping the warehouse clean. As time progresses and new team members gain skills they can assist with more difficult task such as matching color and re-dying furniture. Maintains and organizes company equipment and supplies. Assists and is able to maneuver driving company vehicles safely. Takes initiative and is self-motivated to complete work tasks. Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment. Consistently provides quality customer service. Maintains a high level of excellence in work performance and attention to detail. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Consistently presents themselves in a positive matter that contributes to the team and work environment. Maintains clear and open communication with team. Acts with integrity, uprightness, honesty and knowledge that supports the values, virtue and culture of Leather Pros Inc. Has a clean, neat and professional appearance. Uniform must be clean, hemmed, wrinkle-free and in good repair. Follows all reasonable personal grooming and hygiene standards. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Valid drivers license with a good driving record Strong interpersonal skills including a positive and outgoing personality Handy/familiar with small tools and equipment Ability to learn repair skills on the job including color matching/blending Contact us today to apply!
