Large property management company seeking contractors for 1099 work. We have roughly 600 units in Metro Detroit, with tons of work! We have work for everyone (licensed or not). Liability insurance is required. I am looking for contractors / trade workers for the following: * painters * HVAC - must be licensed * Plumbing - must be licensed * Electrical - must be licensed * Roofers * Carpentry * Drywall * General home improvements (kitchen cabinets, vanity's, LVP flooring, etc) * Tile work We have large rehab projects for general contractors as well! I also have 2 open positions for a internal maintenance technicians. This would be a W2 position. Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm. Please reach out to set up a time to discuss!
