Jim Shorkey Chevrolet North Hills, PA 15007 724-443-1575 Service Advisor: Provide a world class experience for our service customers. Responsibilities: Provide automotive services and repairs by understanding and processing customer concerns and scheduled maintenance. Work closely with our service technicians and parts teams and keep the customer informed on the status of their vehicle. •Prepare repair orders for customer approvals of customer pay, warranty, and Internal Work Orders. •Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection. •Process warranty repair orders for qualifying vehicle repairs. •Update the customer daily on the status of their vehicle maintenance or repairs.
