We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to organize, lead, and oversee the manufacturing, delivery, and installation of cabinets. You will ultimately be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of the output. We expect you to have a deep know-how in cabinet production and installation. Ability to direct personnel toward maximum performance and improve processes will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will be a major responsibility. Duties: * Oversee measuring, ordering material, fabrication, quality control, staging, loading zone, delivery, and installation * Work closely with Production Manager to obtain job details and put together a plans to execute jobs * Communicate with Scheduling Manager regarding fabrication and installation timing * Train and direct team members to fulfill their respective roles * See that the job is completed in a timely manner from start to finish * Be willing to fill in for team members and personally get the job done if necessary
