Looking for Fred from Dog Park

This year, been taking my dog to the Otto Armleder dog park off Wooster Pike. Been there at different times and on different days. Have met a man named Fred. He does not have any dogs and used to have two. Both died of old age. He did pet therapy with his two dogs for a long time. He took his dogs with others in his pet therapy group. He explained some requirements my dog would need and a test they have to pass. I have some questions for him about Pet Therapy dogs. Maybe because of the cold weather, he does not come as often.
