Please read ad in its entirety before calling. Thank you! Winch Christmas Trees & Lighting is looking for help this holiday season. We need hard working individuals who are dependable and reliable. No experience necessary as you can easily be trained. Relevant work experience is a plus. Your main focus will be installing Christmas lights but can include other tasks that the owner needs help with. To be considered, you MUST have these qualifications: -Not be afraid of heights or ladders -Have a cellphone -Your own transportation to meeting spot (you will be picked up and dropped off at this spot. A company vehicle will drive you around to each job site throughout the day) -Bring your own lunch/food (we will provide drinks) -Have a flexible schedule/availability to work entire season. Specific start day and times will be discussed. Lastly, if you cannot climb ladders and be on your feet for extended periods of time this job is not for you. I would like to work with the same group of people for the duration of this time. If you are looking for one day of work please do not call. ***Cash bonus at end of season for workers who work through both install and take down*** Tentative timeline: Installation begins first week of November to around December 24th. Week between Christmas and New Years off. Then take down begins for apprx 1-2 weeks depending on how many houses we install.
