Found Neutered Male Black Cat

Around 2:00am this morning we found a cat outside the front door, he appeared badly injured and not breathing well. We drove him to an emergency vet clinic in East Syracuse. Approximately 4-6years old, maybe 15+ Lbs all black, super soft, a knick in his ear. Please contact Veterinary Medical Center of CNY in East Syracuse if you believe this is your cat.
