1. Yankee gutter needs repair. Immediate hire for skilled carpenter. 2. Fascia (aluminum sheet) above Mansard roof needs reinstallation and replacement of 2 4-foot wood panels beneath fallen fascia. NEED: repair holes in 2 areas of gutter (wood construction) place water-proof fabric on Mansard roof (just above gutter level) where slate tiles missing replace fascia components as described above This job requires preparation (ladder, possibly scaffolding) for safe work at second-storey height.
