Locally owned and operated construction company looking to hire a reliable, hardworking, motivated worker who can do a great job every day. The right candidate would have opportunity to grow and learn more skilled trades. This position is hands-on, working in all weather conditions, working with building materials, concrete, dirt, etc. Must be able to work safely and operate power tools including saws, drills, chipping guns, multitools, etc. Looking someone who wants to grow with a company to be part of the family long term. This position can grow into a more skilled position with motivation and ability to learn. Hours: 7:30AM to 4PM (8AM to 4:30PM) - Depending on Job location. Location: Main: Kona, HI Must be able to service: Waimea, Waikoloa, Oceanview Pay: $17-20 HR - based on experience. Qualifications: Preferably some type of construction labor experience but not required. Ability to lift 100 lbs Must have proper work boots/shoes. Must be reliable and on time. Must own a reliable vehicle. Must own a smart phone. Must have Attention to detail. Responsibilities: not limited to Cleaning of jobsites of construction debris. Loading, offloading, moving, organizing construction materials. Pickup and delivery of materials. Putting down protection to protect finished surfaces. Dust control. Removal of damaged building materials.
