This workshop will be an educational experience and hands-on approach with exercise instruction tailored specifically for the needs of 6-week+ postpartum moms. No matter how old your youngest is, this workshop is for you. We will discuss topics such as diastasis recti, incontinence, and back pain. Understanding the root cause of symptoms followed by the correct exercise prescription can make all the difference in how you look and feel as a brand new or experienced mom.
