Reliability 101 Quanterion Solutions’ Reliability 101 course has been presented worldwide for more than 10 years. The course covers reliability program concepts, design and analysis methods, and test and evaluation approaches. Students will be able to perform basic reliability analyses on their company’s products, understand failure mechanisms and failure modes, apply appropriate practices to various development situations, and cost-effectively implement those practices. The course is ideal for employees with new responsibilities in reliability and maintainability and managers interested in exploring the payoffs of different approaches and techniques. Software Failure Modes Effects Analysis The course covers the steps for performing a software Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) as well as dozens of software reliability failure modes and root causes related to the requirements, interface design, detailed design and code, vulnerabilities, corrective actions, serviceability, usability and processes. Students will learn to perform a software FMEA, which will provide them with the data necessary to improve the reliability of their software. This course is ideal for engineers, systems engineers, and software engineers as well as any engineer who has been tasked with performing a system-wide FMEA.
