Locally Owned & Operated Contracting Company is looking for an all around handyman. Licenses is not required but it is a strong quality desired. We work with several property management companies and local Realtors to manage and maintain their rental property repairs and residential sale based repairs. We need a HIGH-QUALITY HANDYMAN who has basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and customer service knowledge. Candidate will be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to their supervisor. Handyman skills and qualifications include: 1. Ability to safely use common power and hand tools. 2. HVAC knowledge and repair skills 3. Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems 4. Strong communication skills with property managers, tenants, and or home owners. 5. Self-sufficient with good time management skills Some general duties will include but not limited to: -Perform basic electrical repairs, including lights and laundry. -Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary. -Complete general residential cleaning and maintenance. -Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed. -Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts depending on the job. -Must have OWN reliable transportation! **Gas mileage reimbursements, phone usage compensation, and much more depending on the qualified candidate.
