Candidate must be skilled or knowledgeable in at least ONE of the following: Wood Flooring. Plumbing. Sheet-rocking or general construction. Electrical. Flooring - tiling/installation, wood floor renovation etc. Carpentry. Painting. Candidate must be able to lift 30+ lbs at a time and climb up to 4 flights of stairs when necessary. Must be reliable and able to legally drive as workers are needed to pick up materials using company vehicle sometimes. Must be able to communicate in English well.
