Phil Mastroianni Corp is searching for a Project Foreman to add to its growing Landscape Construction Division. Our company focuses on high-end residential and institutional projects in Greater Boston and Cape Cod. We are a family owned business that seeks to provide an enjoyable, professional work environment. As a Project Foreman, the core responsibility is to coordinate the operations of landscape construction projects and oversee the site work/masonry/planting crews onsite. This position is the point of reference for the field crews and the project management team. Qualified applicants will possess the following: Comprehensive knowledge of the landscape industry Ability to read and understand civil and landscape construction drawings Coordinate tasks according to priority and construction plan Supervise field crews and use of machinery/equipment Direct field crews and allocate general/daily responsibilities Experience in coordinating with clients, landscape architects, general contractors In relation to industry specific job knowledge: Knowledge of all aspects of Landscape Construction from surface drainage infrastructure, masonry, planting, lighting, and irrigation. Ability to read, understand and implement civil and landscape construction drawings Leadership, organizational and problem solving skills Basic level of horticultural knowledge (minimum requirement) Salary is very competitive, based on experience.
