Come out for our exciting Focus and Concentration Class! This class is free to attend! Just RSVP and we look forward to seeing you there! It is a team building exercise that will utilize all participants. Most people nowadays have become lazy with technology, going for the "Eh, close enough." or "It sorta goes something like that." In this Class we will get back to basics and strive to get as precise a focus as possible. Our Instructors will make the class fun, using targets and other obstacles for everyone to overcome. The class will test your Focus and Concentration and have you coming back for MORE! Make sure to wear something comfortable and wear socks, if you'd like, bring a water bottle.
