Transitioning from the big city of Detroit to discover her southern roots in Daytona Beach, Florida, with an already made family, life would be described as heavy for this seven-year-old. Experiencing disappointment early led Santina to believe that she had to accept things that should not be accepted. Self-sabotage and the inability to receive love left Santina in a constant state of grief. After the death of her father, Santina experienced God on a personal level and was given the opportunity to take control over her life. As a certified professional life coach, founder of a non-profit organization for domestic violence awareness, and U.S.Army veteran Santina’s experiences became her best teacher and guide to make a difference in someone else’s life. Santina knows all too well what adversity looks like, but what she knows even more is how to turn adversity into opportunity. Your Promised Land is waiting for you! It is time that you go and get it.
