We are hosting our Italian Leather Journal Workshop just in time for you to make a gorgeous bound journal as a gift for yourself or someone special. Supple, velvety materials and great instruction from our master bookbinder, Gail Lindley, combine for a singular bookmaking experience. Learn to make your own leather journal with a tie closure. The finished size is approx. 6in x 9in with 60 pages that are hand sewn into the spine of the cover with waxed linen thread. You’ll come away with a one-of-a-kind journal or sketchbook and all the skills to make more journals on your own. Cost for this in-depth workshop is $85.00 and includes all instruction, handouts, materials and supplies. Class size is limited to six students. Please come prepared with either your mask or your record of vaccines.
