First Time Home Buying Class! We know buying a home can be filled with anxiety and fear of the unknown. It's a huge investment and we want to help guide you through the process. In this class, we will answer all of your questions: Is now a good time to buy? What can I afford? How much do I need for a down payment? What do I need to do to start the process? You'll get the perspective of both a real estate broker and a loan officer while enjoying beer and wine! We will also be raffling off a pair of tickets to a future Avalanche game.
