FREE Tour of Holyoke's North High Street Historic District. A fact-filled tour of a 5-block area of buildings, businesses & stories. Tour includes the history, architecture, and stories of the buildings, the architects and the people of this very significant section of High Street. Free Event Join Bob Comeau as he takes us on a tour of a 5-block area of High Street. Learn about the fascinating history of this neighborhood. You will learn about the area's designation as a Local Historic District and get a chance to stop and really look at the buildings that are still with us. This is a fun- and fact-filled tour. For many, it will give you a chance to stroll down memory lane. Meet near 439 High Street behind the United Congregational Church. COVID-19: Any current protocols will be followed Wear comfortable shoes. In case of inclement weather, you will be notified by email that the tour has been moved to the following Sunday.No need to print a ticket. Attendance will be taken at the event.
