These days it's vital that we preserve the innocence in our youth's essential physical fitness while keeping it fun and joyful. My role is to serve as a coach and mentor for our youth through fitness and physical movement.
Typical Schedule:
Check-in and warm-up 4:30-4:45
4:45-5:15 Main daily practice
5:15-5:30 Closing with meditation
