Sales Support needed for Flooring, Granite and Cabinet store. You will be responsible for sales support ensuring every customer receives the best customer service, data entry, and inventory samples/showroom. Training provided for product knowledge and industry-specific software. Job Functions: Assist in completion of customer transactions using sales software system Data entry for product purchase, product receipt and accounts payable Provide excellent customer service Be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Be able to establish product knowledge Job Skills: High school education or equivalent Customer service skills Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic Ability to work flexible retail schedule; occasional Saturday We promote a drug-free environment Include your phone number when applying
