DUTIES - BUILDING MAINTENANCE: • Open up building each morning. (Office staff will lock up at end of day). • Schedule, manage & supervise vendor maintenance of HVAC systems, Solar, Landscape, large tree trimming, pest control, alarm services, surveillance cameras, signage, etc. • Maintain & clean solar panels and roof drains & service and perform minor repairs on building • Walk office building exterior at start of shift and end of shift, picking up trash, debris, maintaining restroom & kitchen paper goods, and monitoring for issues • Notify purchasing of any supplies in need of restocking • Check conference rooms & keep straightened, clean & organized daily • Arrange conference rooms to be ready for various meetings Task tables/chair layouts provided and notification on desired lay out will be provided • Water & trim office plants • Light janitorial duties • Occasional deliveries taken to warehouse or front desk • Wash company & owner vehicles weekly • Assist with set up and take down of various items for office parties, events, etc. • Maintain repair and cleanliness of all outdoor furnishings WAREHOUSE ASSISTANCE: • Assist warehouse manager/jobsite deliverymen with loading/unloading and occasional jobsite deliveries • Receive all warehouse tools/supplies/equipment in through Hilti Ontrak! System. Mark restocked, out of service, or retired. • Repair small tools, cords, etc. then place back in service through Hilti Ontrak!. • Send out equipment that cannot be repaired in house, follow up on repair costs, obtain approval and follow through the repair process. Maintain service category in Ontrak! System. • Discard unrepairable equipment. • Assist warehouse manager with stocking, organizing and inventory of all warehouse items. • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems • Experience using hand and electric tools, and repair • Self-starter • Ability to work independently and carry out tasks without prompting • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record • Successfully pass background test and initial/random drug screening PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Must be able to regularly lift objects 10-75 lbs. • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl • Occasionally required climb BENEFITS: *Company provides $1000 toward corporate medical/dental/vision plans *401K, Company contributes an amount equal to 3% of your salary weekly. *Paid Vacation and sick leave
