Can anyone teach me heel-toe double bass?

Iv put this off for way too long. I want to be able to hit very fast bpms on double bass pedals, but heel toe technique....like dude from Rings of Saturn, Kitcher, Diepold, Inferno.....the list goes on. Hit me up if you think you can teach me. I will get compensate you for your time and tutelage. Thanks
