Our guide will tell a brief history of the Whitehurst family who built their house here in 1793. See James H. Whitehurst's grave and stroll the trails of the adjacent West Neck Natural Area. The walk will be a flat 4-5 mile route with plenty of options. There is an aptly named "Muddy Trail" so waterproof footwear is best.
