Need windows on commercial building to be sealed and caulked

Description

Sliding glass windows on a masonry block building are allowing water to enter the building. Caulking around the windows need to be replaced or re-sealed. NOT looking for new windows, we are trying to find the source of the leaks and fix it. The existing windows have aluminum frames and are in good condition. Also have caulking along the entrance to building that needs to be replaced. See pic.
