We'll offer some glowing paints and plenty of time for pics before a lighthearted yoga flow to energize the body and mind. Coil is a collaboration of yoga, dance, aerial, and movement instructors seeking to create and hold space for performers and yoga practitioners of all paths. Coil offers beginner level, intermediate, and advanced flow style yoga classes, levels 1 and 2 in American Tribal Style® Belly Dance and Tribal Fusion Belly Dance, and beginner and intermediate level classes in Aerial Silk Acrobatics.
