FAQs:When registering, do I select # of tickets based on #of children? NO, when selecting your time slot, please do not select the ticket number based on the number of children you have, that causes all the slots to fill up more rapidly and someone that needs that time is not able to select PLEASE ONLY SELECT THE NUMBER 1.Are children allowed to come during the shopping visit? We prefer that you do not bring your children due to the limited space of the shopping area. However, we know that sometimes their parents do not have any other options. Children will not be allowed in the shopping area. If you have to bring your children, please bring another adult so they are NOT LEFT UNATTENDED. Do you only service Arlington, TX? NO. We are serving ALL zip codes. As long as the proper documentation (i.e. Proof of residency, ID, Birth Certificate and social security card for each child) is provided you may shop for your children.What are your hours of operation? Wednesday - Saturday9 AM - 12 Noon: Open12 Noon - 2 PM: Closed for Lunch2 PM - 5 PM: OpenYou must come during your SELECTED appointment date and time to shop. Are there any ID or minimum age requirements needed to enter the event? You must have your ID to shop for your gifts. We are providing toys for children 0-12 years old.
