We believe taking care of our employees is the first step in a successful business. We prefer long term employees that want to be a part of the BP family and grow with the company. This job does require hard work and a lot of movement. As a House Service Professional, you are a key member of the team providing quality cleaning for our customers. Pay increases will largely be dependent on you, your skill set, and your willingness to be a team player. Job will require you to work individually with no micro managing or as a team at times. We will discuss your hours and days of availability when you are hired. We service all of The Greater Houston Area so we require that cleaner can work a radius of 30 miles from their home zip code. As a cleaner you will report to the owner or the office manager daily. All cleaning equipment and products will be provided. Employment Requirements: · Cleaning Experience Required! We need friendly, engaging, cleaners that have a high attention to detail while cleaning. · Punctuality and dependability are a MUST when arriving to appointments on your scheduled work days. · Applicant MUST have reliable transportation · You must be able to stand, bend, kneel, or work on your feet your entire shift. Finishing jobs in a timely manner is also important. · You will need to read and speak English fluently and be able to engage with our clients in a courteous manner. *Bi-lingual is a plus* · Clear availability must be given for days/hours available to be scheduled. · Independent Contractors must sign a 1099 form when hired. · Showing up late, tardiness, and repeated “calling out sick” will not be tolerated · Self-motivated, dependable, and great attitude · Pride in a job to help people and likes to stay active moving Job Type: Part-time/ Independent Contractor Hours: Monday-Sunday (We are available 24 hours/7 days a week) We schedule jobs based on your availability Salary: Hourly/Paid each house completed Experience: At least 1 year cleaning experience Location: Multiple Houston locations (We will have a schedule with all cleanings in the same area for the day)
