Teen Experience: Paper Quilling Art Teens in grades 6-10 are invited to come try the art of paper quilling. Paper quilling involves the cutting paper into long thin strips, rolling and pinching the pieces into different shapes, and then gluing the shapes together to form decorative art. Registration Requested. Space Very Limited. Effective Monday, August 2, 2021, all Wake County Facilities including Public Libraries, will require visitors and staff ages 5 and up to wear a mask and complete a brief health screening questionnaire upon entering buildings.
