About our Nov & Dec workshop facilitator, Kandis Troutman: THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE ME IS A MODERN DAY TINKERBELL Yes! You read that correctly. Here's what I mean...I'm gifted at shifting perspectives and transforming potential into systems of excellence. I see what's "not being said" and dig deep to pluck the root issues in order to heal and move forward. I've always known that FAITH was an ACTION, not just a theory. So in 2012, after a divorce and with my toddler in tow, I stepped out and started my first business (non-profit) without any REAL strategy and fumbled my way through for 2 years until I realized...something was missing. I was "passionate" but it wasn't enough. So, I got still and "wrote the vision" that was inside of my spirit and I quickly discovered I was out of alignment. I was attempting to build from my talent instead of my GIFT. Which caused me to work hard, but not SMART, give everything for cheap, and in the end, I was exhausted mentally, physically, and financially. My story could have ended there, but that whisper in my spirit refused to be quiet because we are not designed to settle. So I went back to the vision and I uncovered my PURPOSE. My "first business" wasn't a failure, it was preparation to learn the lessons, do it better, and more importantly TEACH other women how to activate their God-given power so they can transform their purpose into prosperity for themselves, family, and community. Because I believe that when WOMEN win, the world shifts towards EXCELLENCE! ---------------------- Please register through Eventbrite for each event you plan to attend in-person at the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center. There is also an option to register to receive the video recording of these workshops if you are not able to join in-person.
