Chocolate Mansion Holiday Tour SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The Chocolate Mansion is once again decorated for the holidays and will be open to the public for touring. The Holiday Tour will take place by reservation only Wednesday, December 15 through Sunday, December 19th at the Chocolate Mansion, 2900 Jackson Street in Sioux City, Iowa. The Chocolate Mansion will be closed to hotel guests on these dates to allow tour attendees to enjoy the entire property. A limited number of tickets for the Holiday Tour are available now for a contribution of $35 each, upon availability. All ticket proceeds will be used towards continued Chocolate Mansion preservation efforts. Each tour group will consist of no more than 12 people with a personal tour guide to lead you throughout the property. **Attendees who purchase tickets by EOD 12/8/21 will receive a complimentary Coffee Mug & Brownie Mix + Magnet for each ticket purchased ($20 value). Treat yourself to a Ghirardelli Chocolate Brownie in your new collectible 16 oz Chocolate Mansion ceramic coffee mug. One mug, brownie mix packet, and Chocolate Mansion refrigerator magnet will be packaged in a gift box and provided to you as your parting gift at the end of the tour. Masks are recommendated but not required. Each tour will last approximately 45 minutes. Attendees should be advised that climbing stairs is necessary, as the tour will cover all floors of the historic mansion. Once inside the Chocolate Mansion, tour-goers will enjoy a historic experience, learning about the mansion as they visit each room, including the suite above the adjacent carriage house. The Chocolate Mansion was lavishly decorated by a team led by long-time Chocolate Mansion resident, Deb Wockenfuss. "Our family welcomes you to enjoy a glimpse of past Christmas's when times were slower and more simple," said Wockenfuss. She and her husband, John Wockenfuss, have made it their passion to preserve this property for future generations.
