Crosstown Arts presents Doll’s Playlist, a show where the audience picks the music! Doll's Playlist Green Room Tuesday, November 30, 2021 DJ GeeHoney Social Hour 7pm/Show 7:30pm Tickets are $10 Doll McCoy has curated a playlist of songs you can find on Apple Music & Spotify that are compiled of her favorite B-side music, requests from you, and original music! Follow the playlist, send your request, and she’ll perform it at the show! The show begins with a social hour from 7-8pm, featuring DJ GeeHoney. Grab a drink at Art Bar and enjoy vibes by DJ GeeHoney in the Green Room. Doll McCoy is a singer/songwriter born and raised in Memphis,TN. She formed her roots singing, and directing in the church choir at Greater Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. Going on to become a student at Ridgeway Jr. High/High School, she met her 3 sisters and together they formed the group "ADAJYO” and have been together for 17 years. With a desire to expand her artistry, she relocated to Los Angeles, CA from 2011-2015, working with artists such as Raphael Saadiq and Leonna Lewis. In 2015, she went on to work for the B.B. King Blues Club, traveling the world aboard Holland America Cruise Lines until 2018. Now back in Memphis, she uses all that she has learned and continues to perform in the city and create new music with ADAJYO and plans to release her own new music soon! Crosstown Arts is a contemporary arts organization dedicated to further cultivating the creative community in Memphis. We provide resources and create opportunities and experiences to inspire, support, and connect a diverse range of creative people, projects, and audiences. The spaces and programs we manage integrate varying components of exhibition, performance, production, education, and retail.  We welcome anyone in the community to join any of our events or projects, regardless of prior experience or expertise with creative interests.
