It is a day to salute our heroes for the sacrifices they made for our nation. It takes tremendous courage for a soldier to risk it all to protect their country. The least we civilians can do is to offer thanks to these extraordinary men and women. Please join us, American Legion Rabe O. Wilkinson Post 38 and the Edison Mall, Thursday, November 11th at 10 am for a Veterans Day Parade and Celebration. The parade route will be along the full exterior of the mall. Bring your chairs and high spirits to thank those who have served and protected our freedoms. “Regard your soldiers as your children, and they will follow you into the deepest valleys. Look on them as your own beloved sons, and they will stand by you even unto death!” – Sun Tzu Edison Mall is Southwest Florida’s only enclosed and climate-controlled shopping destination serving the Greater Fort Myers and Naples area.
