Mapo tofu - custardy soft tofu in a spicy minced pork gravy with salty fermented black beans and chile Red curry pork with pumpkin & thai basil Green curry beef w/ Thai basil & eggplants Jungle curry chicken - long beans, okra, pumpkin, & holy basil in a very spicy brothy curry Matsaman curry chicken - Thai Muslim classic. Potatoes, onions, & peanuts, made sweet & sour with palm sugar and tamarind. Delivery to proximal addresses is available for orders exceeding $60 - please email with your address to request delivery. Chef Josh Haynes is a native of Birmingham, AL, and in addition to working in some of the best restaurants in Birmingham spent a year studying in Bangkok, Thailand, surrounded by traditional cuisine. In particular, he is inspired by the remnants of Royal cuisine that linger in Bangkok, and the old-fashioned regional dishes of the Kingdom.
