Previously there were plans to convert and relocate it into a Fiddleheads. In August, it was announced that Fiddleheads will not be the tenant in the depot, as they were unable to come to an agreement with the developer, according to online city meeting minutes. Fiddleheads Coffee announced plans in August to create a shop at 8807 W. North Ave. in Wauwatosa. A sign on the depot reads Coffeeville Co. The Wisconsin company has been around since 2016 and offers in house roasted coffee, fresh hoagies/soups, and a homemade bakery. The coffeehouse is located in Jackson, Wisconsin. Patch reached out to Coffeeville Co. for more information.
