Kicking off with a tour of the Daxton Hotel Art collection, guests will enjoy champagne and an in-depth introduction to the art that inspires the evening. Executive Chef Garrison Price and Director of Beverages and Service, Sommelier Liz Martinez, join forces to create a four-course dinner and wine pairing in the Wine Room that showcases their interpretation of pieces from the hotel’s permanent collection.
