A busy Construction Company in the bay area is looking for an EXPERIENCED bilingual field project manager to manage ongoing projects. Jobs Duties include: - English and Spanish - Working with salespersons and coordinate job opening - Coordinating and working with the office, sales managers, production managers, project managers, sub-contractors and customers. - Driving - Problem solving abilities - Understand the full scope of the project - Be on top of progress of each project - Be involved with material purchases and arrivals - Ensure contractors show up on time and their quality of work - Ensure contractors stay on schedule and within budget - Coordinate inspections - Ongoing QC with the customers and when the project is done - Maintain Relationships with vendors, contractors and customers - Recruit new contractors - Have customers sign off on completion certificate
