OVA's Impact Africa Happy Hour fundraiser supports the launch of Raising Kings Ghana and "Girls Can Do Anything!" Africa 2021 in collaboration with F.I.R.E. Inspiration Weekend! Come meet our travelers and partners, hear more about our upcoming Impact Africa trip projects, and find out how you can support our collective work from the Delaware Valley to West Africa! Special guest partners include: - Chandra G. Pitts, President & CEO of One Village Alliance - Emil Acolatse, CEO/Founder of F.I.R.E - Rita Siaw, Founder of Feminine Star Africa - Jason Acquaye, Studio Director of King Saladeen - Theresa Anafi, Founder of She Dreams Africa - Kofi Genfi, Author & Motivational Speaker Raising Kings is a year-round, high impact male-led mentoring initiative that we are excited to bring to Africa and expand our outreach. The goal is to increase the level of positive male mentors, role models, and positive big brothers and fathers in the lives of youth. With your help, we can continue to raise the next generation of King-like leaders and empower our children to begin living their dreams and aspirations. All tickets are free with a call to donate if you are able. A donation option of $25 dollars to support our work will include two drink coupons for beer, wine, or soda. Additional beverages maybe purchased at the cash bar. All proceeds will go directly to support our highly collaborative Impact Africa 2021 Tour in Ghana: Raising Kings and "Girls Can Do Anything!", Inspiration Weekend Basketball Tournament, Basketball Court Renovation & Community Impact Parade.
