NEW MILFORD — A New Milford resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 25, Brian Locke, of New Milford, CT purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Hit & Run in New Milford and won $30,000.
