You'll learn how to operate in a multicultural setting with a variety of personalities and technological abilities. What you'll do: Troubleshoot printer and computer problems.Customer service & Sales roles available. No tech experience reqd.Assist with the installation & troubleshooting of new software.Assist with the installation of computer/electronic equipment.Sell every customer you see or pick up a call from. Turn the conversation into an appointment and an install/repair. Most Jobs are 2-3 hours, $124.99(*3). Do the math and make a higher commission as a tech.We sell by the hour. We sell Electronics, Retainer Plans & Computer Software.*CSR I & CSR II (Techs) Make commission from sales. *(commissions may change without any notice needed).Assist in collecting and updating equipment inventory.Escalate critical issues to supervisor.Troubleshooting all versions of Windows, Mac OS, and a variety of electronics from printers to servers.Report to the CEO & founder in person or via tele-video and or cellular.Handle on average 20 calls per day and 20 technical sessions per day. Consistently sell Antivirus and cloud data backup. (Inside Sales).Support elderly who have no idea how to operate the computer software they inquired about, they may need a complete walkthrough remotely & over the phone, extra accommodation such as webcams, mailed media (flash drives), tutorials, etc.Job duties performed, regardless of the customer being upset, some call in irate due to delay in hold times in a 1-800 number high call volume environment.Interaction among both social media and SEO.Organizing events and organizing small group meetings.Marketing data analysis and marketing presentations.Setting frequent client appointments and having chat / email & phone interactions with customers.Bonus for Assisting in the recruitment of possible new hiresHardware support & repair for laptops/desktops/printers.
