All accessories and manual included. Used for Summer 2021 from July-September. Have Central Air installed ,so don’t need it now. Cooled 900 square foot downstairs to a comfortable level. Did not use dehumidifying mode. Only cooling mode used, and it worked great! All washable filters (two) cleaned and ready for you to use when the temperatures get high next summer!
