Found dog

This dog has been in my yard for a couple days. Don't know where she came from, she seems malnourished/dirty and she was scared of me until I slowly gave her some treats very sweet dog, seems skittish She will only let me come up to her without running away scared or barking to protect herself.. if this is your dog please contact me asap. Or if someone wants to come get her. I can't keep her.
