JEFFERSON COUNTY, CO — More than 93,000 ballots were returned as of Saturday in Jefferson County ahead of Tuesday's election, officials announced.
The majority of ballots are coming in by drop box, said George Stern, the county's clerk and recorder.
"If you have not yet voted, all of our 24-hour drop boxes – 36 in total – are open and are the fastest way to turn in your ballot," he said in a county elections update.
"Don't wait for tomorrow – get your ballot into a drop box today. If you need to register to vote, obtain a replacement ballot, or access additional voting services, head to one of our in-person vote centers today. Wait times (which have averaged 0 minutes at all locations so far) will inevitably be longer tomorrow – take advantage of shorter lines while you can."
Drop box and vote center locations can be found here.
