Description & Requirements Seeking a full-time Porter for The Colony at Bear Creek (apartment community) in Redmond, WA. This service extends to all clients – internal and external. The Groundskeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. The primary responsibilities of the Groundskeeper are grounds, parking lot, and community area upkeep, work orders, and maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service. On call and weekend hours may be required. ** Your job responsibilities are included but not limited to items listed below. EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent, preferred REQUIREMENTS Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Basic understanding of plumbing A valid driver’s license, good driving record and proof of insurance is required The ability to work independently with attention to detail Basic knowledge of lawn care and pool upkeep Good interpersonal skills and a great attitude A passion to serve residents, parents, vendors, and colleagues
