Hello! We are a smaller janitorial company needing to hire another crew. Many of our jobs are small to medium sized offices that are done together as a route. We have one day job, cleaning the condo buildings We have two different jobs to offer: The first one we need help as soon as possible. This job is done during the day: Cleaning hallways and stairwells of condo buildings. The labor hours per week are 12. Additionally, there is one more condo building, every other week for 4 labor hours. This are the only day jobs we have and can be done any day but prefer Mon-Fri The other jobs are nighttime/weekend work and we will have more new jobs to add to this route. To start it would be apprx. 35 labor hours per week. We will have more jobs coming, so we need a crew of at least 2 people, who can take on more work. Labor hours are for 1 person. As a crew, one member needs to be very at good at detail work and dusting. We work with Spanish speaking families. If someone in your family is able to translate, we can work with that too.
