We are a fast-growing, West Palm Beach-based distributor of pet grooming supplies. We live and operate by five Core Values: Be kind, Always be Growing, Seek to understand, Go the extra mile, Own It We are looking for great people to join our operations team on a full- and part-time basis to help receive stock, fulfill and ship orders at our warehouse located by the West Palm Beach airport on North Florida Mango Road. Growth opportunities within the company. Accountabilities: - Receive inventory - Pick, pack and ship orders using ShipStation - Ensure all orders are shipped on time - Deliver exceptional product and package presentation - Complete inventory cycle counts and updates in the system - Support Operations Manager in warehouse-related tasks - Other responsibilities to help the team as needed Key Competencies: - Positive attitude, self-driven personality - Detail oriented team player - Independent hard worker who prioritizes and manages time effectively - Eager to learn and work fast - Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse without air conditioning - Ability and willingness to lift packages up to 50 lbs, unload pallets and climb a 12-foot ladder Schedule and Compensation: From $15/hr based on experience.
